Calling all teens and young adults - whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for some fun, this is your chance to meet new friends, stay active, and unleash!

Barawak assist young adults and teens in playing football on a weekly basis, this helps promote the development of strong cardiovascular endurance through physical exercise. Our sessions promote health and when regularly done improve energy levels, the participants mood and attitude, agility, strength, balance and coordination. It helps adjust to even routine activities that can cause a bleed and other complications, especially in joints and muscles weakened by lack of movement.
