About the Role
The Lead for Governance, Coordination, and Performance Reporting is responsible for overseeing and managing governance processes, coordinating activities within the organisation, and reporting on performance metrics to stakeholders. This role involves developing and implementing governance frameworks, facilitating coordination between different teams and departments, and preparing regular reports to track and communicate key performance indicators. The Lead will work closely with senior management to ensure effective decision-making, alignment of strategies, and continuous improvement in organisational performance.
