Fitness Thursdays is back!

Due to the success of the last 10 week circuit programme offered to the community at Fitness Thursdays, another free 10-week circuit training programme will commence from the 21st November. The programme is designed to help you improve your fitness and reach your health goals. Our recent projects have included a focus on strength and conditioning, and HIIT workouts.
